Seamless Hiring & Tailored Training

Once you select the right candidate, we handle the hiring process. We provide two weeks of personalized training for the employee, focusing on your specific task list and requirements.

Smooth Integration & Ongoing Support

After training, your new teammate integrates into your team and begins contributing right away. To ensure a successful transition, our representative will meet biweekly with the manager overseeing their new teammate. These biweekly meetings will continue for the first 90 days, ensuring a seamless collaboration.
