Objective of The Role

Key Responsibilities

NMLS Licensing Support
Manage and update licensing records within the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), including application submissions, renewals, amendments, and maintaining accurate company data.
Mortgage Call Report (MCR) Preparation
Gather, verify, and organize loan data necessary for the accurate and timely submission of Mortgage Call Reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.
Secretary of State Filings
Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking state business registrations and annual filings to maintain company compliance across various jurisdictions.
Recordkeeping and Tracking
Maintain detailed documentation of all licensing and regulatory filings, monitor expiration dates, and proactively manage renewal schedules to prevent compliance lapses.
